TML Food ltd – Our History
Tml food was founded in the year 2000 by two food technologists:
Tim King and Jean-Luc Pollenne.

Based initially in the U.K. and France, the business opened an office in Thailand and in 2006 expanded still further with the appointments of Monica Cox, poultry expert, and David Graham, seafood specialist.

In 2007 Jean-Luc became a non-Executive Director.  This was followed by the sudden and tragic death of Tim King in the summer of 2007.

Since 2007 the business has been managed by Monica Cox, who looks after the European operations and oversees the ongoing work in the Far East and South America.
